R 300 per hour or part thereof for prepaid purchased hours on a monthly basis

R 325 per hour for once off callouts

R 375 per hour for after-hours callouts

10% service fee on sourcing and facilitating of purchases

R 350 per hour for training, i.e. Office, Skype, Windows, etc.
